‘One Waterfall Floods Another’ is a body of artwork made in conversation with Frank Pearson. The work responds to a waterfall named Weathercote Cave in Chapel-le-Dale which can sometimes fill and overflow. During the development of the work we discussed the making and unmaking of landscape and the imaginative possibilities of that which is close by.
An event exploring themes from the day was held in Kirkby Lonsdale in June 2024 and a publication documenting the project has been designed and printed by Park Press. See PDF here.
This work has been produced as part of a project that has received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union’s Horizon 202 research and innovation program (Grant Agreement No. 863944 THINK DEEP)
